PlayOn! Sports is the largest streamer of high school sports in North America expecting to deliver over 100,000 events to its subscribers in 2019. The content is available via the NFHS Network website as well as via iOS, Android and Apple TV.
"We looked at all the different SDKs and found that Medialooks offered the most robust platform and it was easy to integrate and enhance as we grew," said Stephen Dyer, CTO. "It served as the building block for what became Producer." Producer had to be easy to use and extremely reliable to make sure that school students with no experience can use it to deliver the contribution feed to the web servers.
"We're completely happy with the SDK; it does everything we need it to," continues Dyer. "Of all its benefits, support is critical for us, but it's equally important that the SDK gives us the ability to incorporate technologies and features as they emerge."
